Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa is a $130 million regional entertainment destination in Northwest Indiana. The centerpiece of the complex is the upscale SPA BLU TOWER: a 22-story, 302-room, full service hotel tower with many exciting amenities. On-site services include the luxurious SPA BLU; a 10,000-square-foot spa, a full service salon, and a fitness center. The complex also includes two artfully themed restaurants inspired by glamorous Las Vegas counterparts, The site also features 20,000-square-foot Stardust Event Center; exquisitely designed to accommodate entertainment, meetings and special events.

The hotel tower and convention center elegantly combine Las Vegas-style glitz and glamour with an easy breezy cool inspired by the project’s lakeside location. A highlight of the 300-foot concourse is the 132-foot-long feature wall fashioned entirely from glittering 5/8-inch iridescent and metallic handmade tiles, beautiful offset by smooth natural stone from nearby Indianapolis.

At the time of completion Blue Chip Hotel was the tallest building in Indiana, and the third tallest structure outside of Chicago within the consolidated Chicago Metropolitan Area. Of cities on Lake Michigan, only Chicago and Milwaukee have taller buildings than this tower. The complex was completed as a fast track project, and involved an extended team of consulting professionals located across the country.
