Located at the one of the most prominent points of the city, this building is pushing boundaries of conventional high-rise design. Reaching 1,800 feet it surpassess all renown Chicago landmars, including Trump Tower.

Wolf Point Tower is a true mixed use building. It includes office, hotel, and appartment components within the same building footprint, stacking each function of top of another. In addition, it includes several supportive components, such as above and below grade parking with double helix ramp, several restaurants, cafes, an observation deck with ample prefunction exhibit space, etc.

At 120 stories, this building is introducing innovative structural system, where the entire tower is supported by only four tapering mega columns, providing columnt-free interiors for ultimate planning flexibility.
